You are a VAR provider and when trying to send an incident to SAP of one your customers the following errors can be seen in sm_crm page:
- "Unknown error" (AI_CRM_IM_EXCH_OSS025)
- "Message incomplete" (AI_CRM_IM_EXCH_OSS020)
