2196011 - Accessing the Business Process Analytics BW Infocubes for Troubleshooting Purposes within SAP Solution Manager 7.1 & 7.2

Symptom

  • In SAP Solution Manager 7.10 or 7.20, within Business Process Analytics, issues may occur with the data collection of specific monitoring objects or key figures that require further diagnosis of data collection patterns and behaviours in order to define the cause of the erratic behaviour.
  • In order to do so, All data that is stored within the Business Process Analytics BW infoCube can be displayed via transaction LISTCUBE and the displayed data filtered via selection criteria to assist you in your troubleshooting endeavours.
  • This Knowledge Base Article will summarize how to use the functions of transaction LISTCUBE within Solution Manager 7.10 to assist in such troubleshooting activities.

Please note: this Knowledge Base Article pertains to classical BP Analytics within SAP Solution Manager 7.10 utilizing the Analytics BW Infocube (or BPM_Acube) and the instructions contained within does not apply to data collection issues with Analytics using the Analytics Twincubes in SAP Solution manager 7.2. In order to access the BP Analytics Twincube for the same purposes as detailed within, within transaction LISTCUBE, 0SM_BPAMA will have to be entered as the Info Provider instead of 0SM_BPMRH.
