When atttempting to reset your password via the reset link in the email, you receive the following error message:
"You have not defined your security questions, please contact your administrator".

This issue is occurring because the wrong token is being used in the email notification template.
The [[DIRECT_RESET_PASSWORD_URL]] token should be used, but the [[RESET_PASSWORD_URL]] token is being used instead.
The [[RESET_PASSWORD_URL]] token will not work if you are not using the Knowledge Based Authentication feature in the Password Policy settings, ie: reset password via security questions.
- Navigate to Email Notification Templates Settings -> Select 'Reset Password Support Notification'.
- Replace the [[RESET_PASSWORD_URL]] token with the [[DIRECT_RESET_PASSWORD_URL]] token, and save your changes.
- Ensure that you check the template for all languages, and make sure the [[DIRECT_RESET_PASSWORD_URL]] token is being used.
