What is the expected behavior for 'Clean up Overdue Item Evaluations' Automatic Process when removing surveys?

The Automatic Process (APM) removes surveys on a User Learning plan if it meets both of the requirements below:

  • Optional: Only optional surveys are removed. Required surveys are not removed
  • Not Started: If a learner begins a survey, the assumption is they intend to complete it. The APM does not remove surveys that have been started but not completed.
  • And the Survey should be Overdue.


  • Required date would be calculated based on the 'Days to Complete' field in the Survey and survey assignment date to user.

NOTE: The email address field in the APM process is meant to receive notifications only in case of failure of the process and not meant for successful runs, this is in line with other cleanup processes in the system.
