If the user inputs an incorrect set of credentials once or twice, then correct, they are still able to log in, but if the user does the incorrect credentials a third time, the queue hangs and the developer is unable to reset it, since the SDK libraries have opened that queue. The queue size can be increased, to a number such as 5, but then it just extends the number of tries out before hanging (and locking the users ADaccount at that point.)
