2173049 - Shopping Cart is not being updated with Purchase Order information created in the ECC system

Symptom

Purchase Order is created in the ECC and the Shopping Cart is not updated. Shopping Cart has status I1111 and in the Header Links there is no Purchase Order information. The XML is being sent from ECC to SRM in order to update the SHP document - PurchaseOrderERPConfirmation_In, however it is failing with the following error:
