When a Purge job is run in EC to remove a list of inactive employees from the Successfactors Employee Central system, Most of the employees were purged successfully, however there were a few that failed due to them "having payroll data".
1.Navigate to Admin Tools in SF system
2.Go to Data Management
3.Click on Create New Purge Rule
4.From the drop-down , Select "Purge Inactive Employee (EC Data)
5. This will ignore employees with payroll data and inactive employees from EC system would get purged who have no payroll information. In order to purge the data of employee with payroll information,Please uncheck the above option ie, "Exclude employees replicated to SAP Payroll systems".
We can see the status of the purge operation in “Monitor Jobs” whether the purge is successful or not. An excel sheet is generated as shown in the screenshot.
