When you create a new Account, system picks the Language by default and you wants to know, what is scenario here?
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Account Management work center.
- Select Accounts view.
- Select New button and choose Corporate Account.
The Language is default to the Language which was chosen during the creation of previous Account.
If you create an Account with Language as English. Then the next Account, by default picks English as language.
This is expected system behavior.
It’s not possible to reset the language every time we create an account.
