An error occurred and product uninstallation failed. Look at the log file /ESD/ECDA/prod/ebf23177/1/log.txt for details.

  • We could see the following message in the log.txt:

uninstall_DCW.bin - exec failed (ENOENT)
ProductException: (error code = 601; message="fail_uninstall_installer")
