Notes Tab is missing in Customer Migration Template using the migration mode Enhance or Modify.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Business Configuration work center.
- Find the activity Migration of Customers in the activity list.
- Upload the migration file and change the mode to Enhance Existing Records.
Notes tab will disappear.
System works as designed.
It is not possible to migrate notes for existing accounts.
The only way to add note to an existing acount is to update it manually.
