The User is not able to see the Live Activity facet at the right pane.
Reproducing the Issue
- Log on to the system with a specific User.
- Navigate to the right pane.
- The Live Activity facet is missing.
The Activity Do you record phone calls under the Account and Activity Management Scoping Element is not scoped in the system.
- Go to the Business Configuration work center.
- Go to Implementation Projects view.
- Edit Project Scope.
- Go to the Questions tab.
- Expand the Scoping Element Sales.
- Select Account and Activity management sub elements.
- Go to the Activity Management.
- Go to the Business Options on the right.
- Select the Activity Types Do you record phone calls?
Please note that some changes in Scoping take a little bit of time until they are reflected and might require to log off an log on again.
