2122078 - Live Activity Is Missing From The Right Pane

Symptom

The User is not able to see the Live Activity facet at the right pane.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log on to the system with a specific User.
  2. Navigate to the right pane.
  3. The Live Activity facet is missing.

 

Cause

The Activity Do you record phone calls under the Account and Activity Management Scoping Element is not scoped in the system.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to Implementation Projects view.
  3. Edit Project Scope.
  4. Go to the Questions tab.
  5. Expand the Scoping Element Sales.
  6. Select Account and Activity management sub elements.
  7. Go to the Activity Management.
  8. Go to the Business Options on the right.
  9. Select the Activity Types Do you record phone calls?

Please note that some changes in Scoping take a little bit of time until they are reflected and might require to log off an log on again.
