- Worforce Planning and Analytics
- Step 1: From the Admin menu, select "User Maintenance".
Step 2: Find the user to be deleted. Enter Name in field to select the appropriate record. Then select Delete User.
- There is an option to archive user accounts. A Role should be created with all restrictions enabled. User will not be able to access any portion of the site.
Under Admin, select Roles Maintenance.
Under Tools, Add New Role.
Enter Role Name. Ex. Archive.
Restrict all areas of the role by selecting Edit .
Assign user to role.
- Note: A custom landing should be created in Report Designer before Archiving users.
