2100627 - Learning admin login via BizX not working

• When accessing the Learning admin side via BizX, the single sign-on fails and the login to Learning is displayed with an incorrect username or password error message.
• This happens even when you have the correct permissions for Learning on the BizX side.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access the system via BizX >
2. Go to Admin Center >
3. Select Learning >
4. Learning Administration.

The reason for this is due to not having a related Learning admin account with the Learning user account or not having the Learning admin ID at all in the Learning side.

Please, add a related Learning user account to the Learning admin one as per the SAP Help "Administrator Management Summary Fields". If you do not have a Learning admin account, then please create one as per the KBA 2103344.
