Launch compensation worksheets to see the standard salary field value show 0.
- Field type in your excel import file incorrectly set. It should be “GENERAL”. It CAN’T be “Number” or “Currency” and/or
- The value in the column “COMPENSATION_SAL_RATE_UNITS” in the User Data File is 0.
Please export the USER DATA FILE(employee export) including the compensation data for the template in question.Check the Salary column for the employees that have 0 in the Salary Column and check “Type” of the column.
