The SAP Jam administrator has inadvertently set an IP Restriction (SAP Jam Admin > Compliance & Security > Security > IP Restriction) and now the Jam instance is not accessible by some users. How to remove the IP Restrictions?

To remove the existing IP Restrictions in your Jam instance, you need to follow the below steps:
- Navigate to SAP Jam Admin
- Expand the section Compliance & Security
- Click at Security
- Check the option "Any IP address"
If you are unable to access your SAP Jam instance at all, and hence unable to perform above steps, please reach out to Product Support.
