Dump DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL occurs while accessing tables (especially large tables with huge number of entries, such as BSEG) using transaction SE16, for example:
|Category||ABAP program Error|
In session "short text" of the dump, you can find the following (or similar):
B Thu Oct 9 17:55:28 2014
B *** ERROR => dbtran ERROR (set_input_da_spec): statement too big
marker count = 13328 > max. marker count = 9999
Important! The solution in this document is for dump DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL with error 'Number of DBSL tokens exceeded', however it can also be used for the other type of errors when the dump name is DBSQL_STMNT_TOO_LARGE or DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_REQUEST. Since all these dumps mean that the SQL statement came across a restriction of the database system.
