2050566 - How to Collect Logs for Outlook Integration


This document describes how you can collect the logs for outlook integration activities in your system.


SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer


Outlook Integration log file is helpful for SAP to analyze the outlook integration issues.


To collect the Outlook integration activities related logs, please follow the below steps :

  1. Go to Microsoft Outlook Client.
  2. Logon to the Add-In.
  3. Click on the C4C Help in Outlook.
  4. Select Increase Log level.
  5. Enable HTTP tracing.

Now reproduce the issue that you are facing with any activity of the Outlook Integration. After reproduction of the issue, follow the steps below to collect the logs :

  1. Go to Microsoft Outlook Client.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. To view the Logs select Show Log File Directory.
  4. A folder will open.
  5. Collect both the files and Save those on your local machine.

Zip and attach these file to the reported incident and send the incident to SAP - please use .zip or .rar when sending the file to assure that the size can be sent.
