2045396 - "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error happens when refresh a report

Symptom

User sets BPC Member Access Profile to specific members of a dimension. When user displays this dimension to the page/row/column axis of a report and refresh this report, error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" will happen even the selected member is within the member access profile authentication.
