2040564 - How to ignore one system in a logical component when creating Charm project

Symptom

There is a logical component in solution manager system. When creating Charm Project, not all systems in the logical component is needed for the Charm project.

But Charm still generate some normal task for the system, like Preliminary Import. Transport Requests are still imported into those systems.
