2039156 - Could not connect to MDM server DUMMY_NAME


During Portal start, you can find the error in default trace: Could not connect to MDM server ''DUMMY_NAME:XXXXX'' for one of the following reasons: (1) server does not exist, (2) server not started, (3) SSL problem or (4) input/output problem while creating connection

Apart from seeing this entry in the default trace, MDM works without any issue.
