Symptom
Predicated privileges provide a system of flexible row-level access controls(RLAC).
It allows System Administrators with sa_role, sso_role to grant, select, update and delete privileges to users, groups or roles based on a predicate.
The SAP ASE evaluates if a condition expressed by the predicate and withholds that row from the result set.
Initially it is introduced in SAP ASE15.7 ESD#2 but works perfectly in SAP ASE15.7 SP110 release onwards.
