You have migrated few Employees into you system and currently you have a requirement to terminate these Employees. But you are not able to perform it since the termination date is past date. That means intended termination date is lesser than org assignment start date.
One way to achieve the same could be :
1. Terminate the employee at any date after org assignment start date via Personnal Administration - Regular Task .
2. Now go to Personnal Administration - Employees and search for this employee. Click Edit. Go to Employment - Work Agreement, use button Change termination date to change to the actual termination date i.e. before org assignment start date.
For example : for the employee with employee id XYZ.
Hire Date = 10/15/2012
Expected Termination Date = 1/7/2013
Current Org Ass Date in the system is = 01/08/2013
Step 1: Terminate this employee from the Regular Tasks by giving the Termination Date as 01/08/2013 or any date after this.
Step 2: Change the termination date to 1/7/2013 from the Change Termination Date button. It gets changed.
This way, you need not pre-pone employees org assignment for employees.
But, please note by doing this: employees org assignment shall no more exist in the system since during his work agreement period there is no org assignment.
