  • The tool is available only for Windows 7, it is not downward compatible with any previous versions of Windows nor is it applicable for other Operating Systems like MAC OS.
  • The tool will capture data from any source irrespective of release or support package level. No product validity or release has been entered as it is applicable for any products which are running on the Windows 7 operating system.
