2004757 - ND02 borrowing after requesting fills creation field instead of update field

Symptom

When a medical record (MR) is requested by user N (nurse) field "Created by" in table NDAE is filled with N. This is correct.
But when user P (physician) borrowes the same MR than field "Created By" is updated with P and fields "Created On" and "Created At" of the same record get changed as well. This seems to be wrong.
Instead the update fields should be adjusted.

You need a way to find out who the request creator is.
Everyone would assume the ERUSR field will store the person who created the entry and ERDAT will be the entry creation date.
The update of ERUSE and ERDAT makes the entry non-traceable. This will fail the data audit.
