  • Viewing Web Intelligence Reports from the BI Launch Pad
  • It takes 4 minutes to eventually show the Webi report
  • No errors in the browser, but it takes the same amount of time for the report to be displayed

End to end trace

  • An end to end trace shows 20 second delays

  • There are also entries in the log indicating a BI server can't be found
