You have changed the name of a Org Unit (It is defined as Company), but the old name is still showing in the Incidents screen.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Application and User management work center.
- Select Incidents view.
- Search and highlight or open the Incident
The Company name in the incident is being picked from the Business Partner of the Company but not from the Org Unit.
The reason for this behavior is that the Changes in the Organizational Management is Time Dependent whereas in the other work centers and screen, it is not time dependent and it depends on the respective screen which is displaying name.
If you change the Business Partner name with the new Company name, then incidents that are getting created after this change will reflect the new name.
