1978452 - Queue error 'Connection ID unknown' raised in FM /SAPAPO/CIF_IRQ_REDUCT_INBOUND

Symptom

In SMQ2 or /SAPAPO/CQ, there is a CFFCC* queue with status SYSFAIL. The error message is 'Connection ID unknown' in FM /SAPAPO/CIF_IRQ_REDUCT_INBOUND. When you start it again manually, the error still persists. In ST22, you can see dump DBIF_DSQL2_CONNECTSTR_ERROR in /SAPAPO/SAPLOM_CORE from Application Component BC-DB-LCA.
