Symptom
-
The DSI thread may get a 247 error (Arithmetic overflow during implicit conversion of VARCHAR value 'mm/dd/yy hh:mi:ss:mmm' to a DATETIME field.) and be suspended, or the wrong datetime is inserted in a rs_ticket_hisotry table, if you run rs_ticket procedure in a primary database on Japanese Adaptive Server Enterprise(ASE) and Japanese Replication Server(Rep).
-
This problem causes by difference the datetime format in English format("mdy") and Japanese format ("ymd").
-
rs_ticket handles the date value by "mdy" format.
