Symptom

  • In MultiTenancy Manager (MTM) log the following errors appear:

    unknownESC|ID:0]com.sap.connectivity.cs.extended.ConnectionServer{com.businessobjects.connectionserver.Environment}.JobProfile:com.sap.connectivity.cs.core.CSError: Interface requested not found : csLIB

    Caused by: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no cs_jni in java.library.path

    Updating objects after importing
    Refreshing tenant object(s)
    Refreshing object(s) of kind: DSL.MetaDataFile
    [ERROR] The system was unable to refresh object(s).
    Restoring backup
    There wasn't a backup biar file.
    [WARNING] Total of 4 commit warning(s).
    [WARNING] The object with id number '8465' cannot be deleted, modified or scheduled because it does not exist.

    [WARNING] The object with id number '8467' cannot be deleted, modified or scheduled because it does not exist.

    [WARNING] The object with id number '8468' cannot be deleted, modified or scheduled because it does not exist.

    [WARNING] The object with id number '8470' cannot be deleted, modified or scheduled because it does not exist.

    The tenant system object was deleted.

    There was an error running multitenancy management tool.
    [ERROR] Failed to refresh tenant object(s) or update shared object(s). (MTM 00011)
