1918636 - CRM IC toolbar buttons like END or Clear Interaction do not react anymore after software update or SAP Note implementation

Symptom

  • You have updated your system or you have recently implemented an SAP Note. When IC agents press END button or any other button in the CRM IC toolbar, nothing happens.
  • If you open your developer tools, for example F12 in the browser you can see JavaScript errors,
    for example after implementation of SAP Note  2775939, you see error jquery-3.2.1.min.js:4 Uncaught TypeError: a.indexOf is not a function or similar
  • When switching off your customer enhancement - add parameter WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT with value "A" in SU3 - the buttons work well and all business objects that have been changed during the customer interaction are successfully saved.
