1910702 - How to check a USER-ID is Key user or Processor in Incident management (Service desk)


You assigned standard key user authorization to End user. But after some changes in the authorization role, you found the key user ID has processor authorization.

Such as when you open an Incident in Edit mode,it will ask you if you want to be the processor of the incident. But if you are a really key user , the pop-up will not be displayed, this means the key user-id has processor authorization.
