When you try to edit a business document an error message is displayed informing that you cannot edit such document because it is being edited by yourself.
Reproducing the Issue
- Log on to the System.
- Go to Travel & Expenses work center.
- Select Travel & Expenses work view.
- Open any Expense Report by clicking twice (double-clicking) on it with your mouse.
- The following error message is displayed:
This expense report is currently being edited by <<your_username>>
Obs.: This issue is reproduced in several different ways by using different business documents.
The System opens business documents on a single-click rather than double-click.
To solve this issue, make a single-click to open the required business document, thus it avoids opening it twice.
