An IC agent creates a new business transaction or changes an existing business transaction like a service request, sales order during a customer interaction and forgets to maintain the mandatory fields specified in the configuration of the business transaction. When pressing END in CRM Interaction Center all business objects which have been created or changed during the customer interaction get saved to the database.
You realized that
- Although mandatory fields are defined in the view configuration for the business transaction and you use parameter
PARNAME: NO_SAVE_MAND_FIELDS with
in table SMOFPARSFA
the business transaction gets saved with empty mandatory fields on the datebase when pressing END button.
- On pressing END an exception is shown, e.g. CX_BOL_EXCEPTION, ABAP class CL_CRM_BOL_CORE, Method: GET_TRANSACTION: Access Previously Deleted Entity. When activating conditional breakpoints for "Error/Exception" as explained in KBA 1849381, you realize that additionally exception CX_BSP_WD_FORM_DATA_INVALID, (starting with CRM 7.0 with TEXTID =CX_BSP_WD_FORM_DATA_INVALID=>EMPTY_MANDATORY_FIELDS) is thrown in class CL_BSP_WD_VIEW_MANAGER, method DO_FINISH_INPUT.
