1860414 - Web Server Failure On CDT Startup

Symptom

  • Every time the SAP Business Communication Management server is restarted, the agents get the error “Web server failure, contact administrator” as see in the below screenshot.

  • In the  CDT log, you can find some errors with XML_CHANNEL_CLOSED
