When you try to filter the data using the filter row in the Step 2 of Mass Change Account Data, filtering is not working.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Account Management or Business Partner Data work center.
- Select Mass Change Account Data under Common Tasks.
- Add the required Account in the Work list.
- Provide a keyword in the filter row and result data are not properly displayed.
In Step 2 of Mass Change Account Data, you cannot filter. the row where the data was entered is the Mass Change row.
The use case to select in Step 1 is Accounts, and perform a mass change for a filtered list in Step 2 is currently not supported in the Mass Change.
you may consider using the following workaround:
In the Step 2, you can enter the Value that needs to be changed and select the respective row using CTRL key and select Apply Mass Change button and choose Selected Items.
