Symptom

  • When you access transaction SM_CRM or CRM_UI to create an Incident Management you receive the following header message: "Service product INVESTIGATION not found".

  • In transaction commpr01 when copying INVESTIGATION you get error COM_PRODUCT714 "Logical system XXXCLNT000 does not exist in table TBDLS"
