1700839 - Account Information Not Recognized: (FWM 00006) error occurs when user logs onto Central Management Console or BI Launch Pad using Active Directory authentication

• A user who has been previously able to log on to Central Management Console (CMC) or BI Launch Pad with his Microsoft Windows Active Directory (AD) account, cannot longer logon successfully. The user receives the error:

failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make
sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again. If you are
not a member of the default domain, enter your user name as
UserName@DNS_DomainName, and then try again. (FWM 00006)
