When you create a Project Invoice Request from a Sales Order and when you do Propose Invoice Structure in Step 3, the Time and Expense items are not reflecting in the Invoice Request.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Project Invoicing view using Customer Invoicing work center.
- Highlight the Sales Order and select New button and choose Invoice Request option.
- Go to Step 3 (Define Invoice Items) and select Propose Invoice Structure button.
- Select Next button, the Time and Expense items are missing.
The Time Sheet or Expense Report is still being edited and hence in Edit mode (e.g. some users are still updating the documents).
Or the Time Sheet or the Expense Report is locked.
Check with the users to Save and Close the Time Sheet and Expense Report related to this Invoice/Sales Order. Then you can see the Time and Expenses.
Even if there are no open sessions but the Times and Expenses are still missing, then it could be because of a backend lock. This must be removed by SAP. For that, please report an incident.
