As an employee, when you try to create a new leave request, system may show the below error message:

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Home work center.
- Select the Self-Services view and the My Request sub view.
- Select the New button and choose the Leave request.
New screen opens up with the above error message.
The error might be caused by that there are two business partners in the system with the same name. One is an internal employee and the other is a service agent but they correspond to different logon users.
You have logged into the system as a service agent and it is not possible to create leave request for a service agent.
Only the internal employee is allowed for creating leave requests. Login to the system as an internal employee, so that you can create a leave request.
