1586023 - No Time Recording Visible in the Time Sheet of a Particular Employee

You, as a time administrator, want to review the time recordings of an employee. You open the time sheet of the employee but there is no data available.

1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
2. Select the Time Recording view and go to the Time Sheet sub view.
3. Select the respective employee.
4. Select the Open Time Sheet button.
5. Time Sheet opens up but no data is found.

The employee has been terminated so it is not possible to see his/her previous time recordings in time sheet. This is the system designed behaviour .

You can check the time recordings of a terminated employee in his/her time file as follows:

1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
2. Select the Employees view.
3. Choose All Employees in the Show field.
4. Search for the employee and select the Edit button.
5. Go to the Employee Times tab, input the Date From/To, check All Recorded Times.

Here you can find the times of the employee which he/she recorded before leaving the organization.
