1565076 - "Missing" installation service for 32-bit operating systems on Software Provisioning Manager Tool and on Installation Master DVDs

Symptom

On the latest available Software Provisioning Manager tool and on the Installation Master DVD for 32-Bit OS there is no installation service to install a SAP-System (e.g. like a ERP 6.0, NW 7.0, etc.):
