1531457 - Tomcat Hangs initializing Performance Manager


  • Unable to login to Business objects InfoView or Central Management Console
  • Tomcat seems to hang on start up
  • Tomcat cannot initialize Performance Management applications
  • In stdout.logs in <BOBJINSTALLDIR>\tomcat\logs the following message is seen:
    "initializing performance management"
  • Access to Tomcat home page (http://<TOMCATHOST>:<PORT>) results in a spinning wheel, the same behaviour is seen for the BI web applicaitons (CmcApp, InfoView etc)
