The business requirement is to export a stored procedure report into a .txt file without extra line breaks.
Actual stored procedure data is in subreport, because main report connection is used to get values for stored procedure dynamic parameters.
Each record of the report is a single string about 1600 charcters wide.
Export to .txt adds pagination which are extra line breaks and this option is not acceptable by business.
Export to .csv and renaming to .txt is not acceptable because subreport data could not be exported to comma separated format.
The only solution available is:
- export report into MS Word non-editable (.rtf)
- open .rtf file in MS Word
- save as Plain text (.txt) and keep all default options
