There's an inconsistency with the right "add objects to the folder" when it is set at the content level and not at the folder level for Crystal Reports:
- when the right is set at the content level for Desktop Intelligence (deskI) reports, the users are able to save a DeskI report in the folder and do not have the right to create a new folder, which is the expected behaviour.
- when the right is set at the content level for Crystal Reports, the users are not able to save a Crystal report in the folder, and they get the error message: "you do not have the right 'add objects to the folder' on the folder".
- The users will be able to save a Crystal report to a folder if the right "add objects to folder" is granted at the general level on that folder, but then they'll also be able to create sub-folders, which is not expected.

- Crystal Reports 2008 SP1
