Symptom
In Crystal Reports XI Release 2, the font size of the X-axis label in a Numeric Axis chart is not able to change.

Click Blank report in the Start Page. Double-click ODBC (RDO) in the Database Export.

Click Data Source Name (for example, Xtreme Sample Database 11.5). Click Finish.

Expand Table. Click the Orders table > input arrow to move it to the Selected Tables > OK.

Click Chart... from the Insert menu > Report Header.

Click the Type tab in the Chart Expert window.

Click Numeric Axis > Numeric axis bar chart in the right side pane > Data tab.

Click Employee ID > On change of.

Click Order Amount > Show value(s) > OK.

Right-click the X axis label > click Format Axis Label....

Set the font size in the Format Axis Labels dialog to 16. Click OK.
When the report is refreshed, the font does not change. Crystal Reports 2008 has the same behavior.
Cause
The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT00525503.

Resolution
