2985057 - No Communication System Available to be Selected in Output Channel Selection

You are creating an output channel rule to communicate to an external system, however cannot see any communication system available in the list.

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Open the Output Channel Selection view.
3. Select Customer Invoices (or any other).
4. Click New.
5. Select Output Channel as External System.

There is no communication arrangement maintained or a wrong arrangement was created.

Maintain a communication arrangement of type Output Management XML Integration:

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Open Communication Arrangement view.
3. Click at New.
4. Select scenario Output Management XML Integration.
5. Complete the rest of the steps.
